Education: Attended Fox Valley Technical College for Business and Marketing. I maintain a thorough knowledge of the real estate market by attending continuing education classes on a regular basis. Earned my GRI designation which stands for Graduate REALTORSŪ Institute. The GRI designation acknowledges REALTORSŪ who have completed a comprehensive education program that provides practical real estate training. This program is above and beyond the education required to earn a real estate license. Received a Certificate of Achievement for attending Coldwell Bankers Street Smart Program. Attended and passed a 16 hour course on Buyer Agency and completed all necessary requirements earning my ABR designation which stands for Accredited Buyers Representative In 2003 I earned The Certified Residential Specialist designation (CRS) which is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education In 2004 I attended the Real Estate Broker's course and passed the Wisconsin Real Estate Broker's examination, earning my Wisconsin's Broker's license, followed by opening my own real estate company in May of 2005

Hobbies: I enjoy working with wood, building projects, gardening, landscaping and most of all,
as a single father I enjoy spending time with my three children. As a family, we enjoy camping,
hiking, traveling, watching movies and playing games together. A Little About Me: I have lived in the Fox Valley area my entire life and have seen it evolve from a small community to an ever growing and expanding area. I have 16 years in the paper industry and have been involved in computers since 1985. In 1998 I decided to make a career change and joined Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group, Inc. After 6 years with Coldwell Banker I made another change to Acre Realty, Ltd. followed by opening my own real estate brokerage firm in honor of my Grandfather, Herman Strobl, and named it H. Strobl Realty, Inc. I am committed not only to my success, but also to the success of my customers and clients in the purchase and sale of their homes.
